Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Shipping will take between 2 - 3 weeks upon order confirmation. An addition 500PKR will be charged for expedited (urgent) deliveries with less than 15 days’ time.
Exchange and Alterations
Exchanges are only allowed if an item is defective. Items should be returned within 7 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the original tags attached.
Alterations as per sizes is allowed, delivery charges will be borne by customer.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are only allowed if an item is defective. Items should be returned within 7 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the original tags attached.
Customers would be eligible for a refund, which would be made back to their same credit/debit cards.
Returns and refunds are not applicable for refusing to accept delivery of an order.
